Distribution Boards
A distribution board, also known as panelboard or breaker panel is a component of an electricity supply system which divides an electrical power feed into subsidiary circuits, while providing a protective fuse or circuit breaker for each circuit, in a common enclosure. Normally, a main switch, and in recent boards, one or more residual-current devices (RCD) or residual current breakers with overcurrent protection (RCBO), are also incorporated.
To meet these requirements Interplast introduces EDISON series SP&N Double Door distribution boards and TPN horizontal distribution boards, with increased safety and meeting the requirements of International standards – IEC 60439-3 and BSEN 60439-3.
Distribution Boards
Edison SP&N vertical distribution boards are available in 7 sizes with a choice of 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 16 and 20 outgoing ways, comprising of tin plated copper busbars, brass neutral and earth links to facilitate effective distribution of current. EDISON TPN distribution boards are available in 4 sizes with a choice of 24, 28, 32 and 36 outgoing ways, comprising of brass neutral and earth links to facilitate effective distribution of current.
